The demand for power washing services around the Washington Metropolitan Area in neighborhoods like Crotton, MD, Columbia, MD, Vienna, VA, and Northeast D.C. have increased for us over the years and it has presented us with many opportunities to perform different types of power washing projects. From Barns to Butler Buildings, Boats to RV’s, we have improved our process so you can have peace-of-mind and confidence in our service.

Qualcare Cleaning, Inc. has state-of-the-art equipment and knowledgeable technicians who train constantly and work hard to perfect their service offerings. We can save you time and money by doing various projects at one site.

The power washing process begins with an assessment of the project. Individual tasks are assigned to our technicians and usually start with a preparation of the areas which is generally cleaning and removal of any loose debris.

Our Process for Power Washing

The work to be performed will be recorded on our Field Sheet, which upon agreement of service and price, was signed, at that time, by an authorized representative. Should a different representative be present on the day the work is scheduled and does not agree with any of the previous arrangements, the estimate process for the service will be rescheduled and the work will be suspended.

Our team prepares the surfaces by removing any loose debris by sweeping or brushing it and placing in a designated trash receptacle. Then the equipment is set to the appropriate PSI’s and the cleaning commences.

We finish the project by cleaning all the area and removing any debris.
